Young students help for Grad Night

Students at Al Tahoe Elementary School are busy working on artwork to be contributed to South Tahoe High School Grad Night. Darlynn Sharpe has been providing direction in creating an underwater art world and the students are painting different fish, murals and seashore themes to help make the senior’s night a night to remember.

Organizers welcome and need adult volunteers from 6 to 9 p.m. May 22 at Al Tahoe Elementary School. They will be cutting, gluing and preparing students art work for hanging Grad Night.

This year Grad Night will be from 10 p.m. June 21 to 5 a.m. June 22 at the South Tahoe Airport. Tickets are $20 for seniors and may be purchased at the South Tahoe High School attendance office.
