Youth Sports and Recreation hosts ribbon cutting

Submitted to the Tribune

Youth Sports and Recreation celebrated a ribbon cutting Friday.

Owner Tim Wesley invited guests to tour his facility and learn more about the business, which operates to promote physical activity and provide nutritional education to children ages 5 to 17. Youth Sports and Recreation also provides a tutoring center for after-school care. Instructors demonstrated martial arts while children tried the various machines available, including stationary bikes that allowed riders to play video games as they cycled. Youth Sports and Recreation offers a variety of fitness programs, as well as other activities that motivate children to engage in physical activity, such as Dance Dance Revolution. Wesley encourages individuals to visit the store to learn more about the programs available to children ages 5 to 17. Youth Sports and Recreation is located at 276 Kingsbury Grade, Suite 107 in Stateline, Nev.
