Track and field and eating don’t normally go together, but they will Wednesday at Chevys Fresh Mex Restaurant.

Chevys will donate 15 percent of the money it makes from noon to 9 p.m. to the Track Renovation 4 Community and Kids project. TR4CK is trying to raise $350,000 to rebuild the track that the 1968 U.S. Olympians trained on at Echo Summit. The run-down track is located at South Tahoe Middle School.
