The best junior mogul skiers in the country put on a championship show on a fresh course this past week.
Several members of the Heavenly Ski and Snowboard Foundation attended Junior National Championships March 5 through 10 at Park City, Utah.
Taryn Baker used her amazingly quick feet and a 360 to get an overall 11th in singles. Gabriella Fisher spun a sweet 360 and gave a turning clinic to get a J-4 silver in singles, just missing gold. Mia Idzorek looked like she had her knees glued together in duals and showed off her textbook speed.
Shanti Payne turned in fast, smooth runs in duals, showing his toughness as he pulled out singles with food poisoning. Zach Shearer boosted clean airs and ripped turns for a J-3 sixth place among in singles.
