Tribune staff report

SOUTH LAKE TAHOE — After cycling 95 miles, the Journey of Hope North Route Team will arrive in South Lake Tahoe on Thursday for an evening of rest and team building exercises. The team will cycle a total of 3,600 miles from San Francisco to Washington, D.C., supporting people with disabilities through grant funding and community events.

Combining their individual efforts with corporate sponsorships, and the 2015 Journey of Hope teams will raise more than $550,000 for people with disabilities across the nation.
