Lake Tahoe Golf Course to open Saturday

Lake Tahoe Golf Course opens for the season on Saturday.

The 6,741-yard, par-71 golf course in Meyers is the second golf course in the area to open. Bijou Municipal GC, a nine-hole spread in South Lake Tahoe, opened on Monday.

According to the golf course’s Web site, 18-hole green fees for walkers and cart riders are $52 and $74, respectively. Twilight rates, which begin at 3 p.m, are $41 and $55. Riding carts are mandatory Friday through Sunday and on holidays.
