South Tahoe boys b-ball hits the hardwood at ST Shootout

SOUTH LAKE TAHOE — The South Tahoe boys basketball team faced Albany (Calif.) on Friday morning in the STHS Gold Gym in its fourth game at the South Tahoe Shootout. The Vikings fell 56-43 to the Cougars, a CIF Div. III state participant from last season.

The Vikings return to action Saturday at 8:55 a.m. against Oakland (Calif.) and conclude tournament play Sunday at 8 a.m. against Mt. Pleasant (San Jose, Calif.). Tournament games will be held all day Saturday and Sunday at South Tahoe.
