SOUTH LAKE TAHOE — Cross country runners in all array of dress flocked to South Tahoe High on Tuesday, Sept. 20, for the 25th annual South Tahoe Retro Relays. The event featured a team relay and individual race that started and ended at Viking Stadium along with a costume contest won by Team USA — a patriotic group of runners from Galena (Reno, Nev.).
