Incline High Tennis teams in full swing this season
INCLINE VILLAGE, Nev. – The Incline High School boys’ and girls’ tennis teams are excited about how they’ve started the season and the promise of what lies ahead.
Led by Coach John Klein there was a very big turnout for both teams this year which is exciting for the present and future of the tennis program.

The boy’s program is currently 2-1-1 on the season with victories over Wooster and Fallon. Their lone loss was to a very good South Tahoe program and their one tie was to North Valleys from Reno.

They were scheduled to play Hug High on Tuesday Sept. 10 but the Davis fire changed that. Then, they go to Truckee High on Sept. 17 to battle the Wolverines.
The girls team’s record isn’t quite the same as the boys, but the Highlanders do a great job competing daily and are looking to get better and better daily. Right now, their record is 0-3 with tough losses to Wooster, South Tahoe and North Valleys.
The girls match at Hug High on Sept. 10 was also canceled due to the Davis Fire.
