PT Revolution launches The Climb Lab, a six-week climbing performance program in South Lake Tahoe
SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. – PT Revolution is launching The Climb Lab, a six-week small-group training series designed to help climbers build strength, improve movement, and perform better on the wall.
Hosted across PT Revolution and Blue Granite, The Climb Lab combines climbing-specific strength and conditioning with on-the-wall technique and capacity work. Josh Foster is a climbing-specialist physical therapist and climbing coach with PT Revolution who curated and coaches the program.
“The six-week program will focus on body tension, power, posterior chain strength, proximal stability, movement efficiency, and applying these concepts to technical movement on the wall,” said Josh Foster.
With a maximum of just eight athletes, participants will receive hands-on coaching and the opportunity to apply their training directly to climbing.
Program Details:
- Six-week small-group series
- Two sessions per week
- 90-minute sessions
- Mondays at Blue Granite
- Wednesdays at PT Revolution
- Eight athletes maximum
- $500 for the full six-week program
